Refund eligibility
We offer a limited refund window on credit purchases. A refund is available only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 3 days (72 hours) of the original purchase.
- You have used less than 5% of the credits from the purchase being refunded.
- The purchase has not already been refunded, cancelled, or charged back.
If both conditions are satisfied, we will refund the original amount paid back to the same payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Outside the refund window
After the 3-day window has passed or once more than 5% of the credits have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable. Credits in your wallet never expire, so unused credits remain available for future verifications.
How to request a refund
Support is provided exclusively through tickets so every request is logged and linked to your account. Open a support ticket and include your order ID (visible on the billing page) plus the reason for the refund. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 1 business day.

Chargebacks and abuse
Chargeback abuse, payment disputes without valid cause, or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension or permanent termination. If you believe a charge is in error, please open a ticket first so we can resolve it directly.
